Unworn, unwashed, and unused ready-to-wear items may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.

Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
